OVERVIEW
PROBLEM
Eric Palacios & Associates Law Firm is a Las Vegas based Law Firm that has a service to easily get ticket violations solved called 2 Minute Ticket. The challenge was redesigning his current app to something more fun, efficient user experience and minimalistic. His current app had repetitive pages and many pages that could've been slimed down. Another part of the challenge was to design the actual ticket submission feature.

The final sitemap for the 2 Minute Ticket App structures information into the main options from the "Home" page: "Menu Tab", "Account", "Jails", and "Contact". A much more smoother and compact UX design compared to it's previous design.

APPROACH
SOLUTION
My goal was to present as much information to the user as possible without making the design lengthy. Once the user lands on the home page, the user can get right to it, they have access to all services and start using the app without feeling overwhelmed. As for color, I decided to go with a minimalistic look and use the bright colors to help the user navigate the services and important content.



BAIL OUT
FEATURE
The problem that Eric Palacios had was the consistent phone calls and foot traffic in his office for Bail and traffic violations. To assist him in solving this problem, we created a Mobile App that helps lessen the calls and foot traffic in his office starting with the Bail Out feature. If a client is in need of bail, they can get it all done from the Mobile App. The user needs to answer all the required form fields and click submit. From there, the office of Eric Palacios has all the info they need and can take care of it.

FEATURE
Eric Palacios wanted to take his business to the next level with the mobile app. Like the Bail Out feature, the problem continued with the phone calls and foot traffic coming in/out to settle ticket violations. To solve this problem, we incorporated the "Submit Ticket" feature in his app that would lessen foot traffic and help expand his reach. In four easy steps the client would be able to submit a ticket in "2 minutes" all from the app.
