THE CHALLENGE
THE PROBLEM
The problem the team and I encountered is the amount of steps needed to place an order for a restaurant online. We needed to figure how we can simplify the steps and make sure we keep the user engage and retained for more business.
THE SOLUTION
After conducting extensive research of competitors and order process I figured out a way to simplify the steps of web ordering in just a few clicks. My layout design helps the user see everything they need to see in the order process, there's no new web windows or redirect pages. It allows the user to stay in control and engaged during the process. This design assists developers and engineers in streamlining their work process. The amount of pages needed to be built out is cut drastically.
