THE CHALLENGE
THE PROBLEM
The problem I discovered with Echo & Rig is the lack of technological use to expand their business. They have the potential to generate more revenue with a mobile app.
THE SOLUTION
The mobile app will allow Echo & Rig to extend their customer reach and allow customers to access the restaurant all from the palm of their hand. Customers will be able to order food, make a reservation and order from the butcher shop. The mobile app breaks the mold of the traditional customer experience Echo & Rig previously had. This allows them to be open 24/7 and will constantly serve as support tool.
